Foundation of the Hostel Owners Development Association

Due to issues such as improper structure, lack of transparency, and autocratic leadership in our previous association—where we served sincerely until 2023—we, along with the Ramapuram and Porur zonal teams, chose to step away on December 12, 2024.

With the intention of ensuring fairness, transparency, and security for all members, we formed a new association built on unity, democracy, and collective decision-making.

With the confidence and support of 28 founding members , the new leadership was formed as follows:

  • State President: Mr. A. Senthilkumaran
  • State Secretary: Mrs. Usha Selvam
  • State Treasurer: Mrs. Alamelu Nagara
  • Vice President: Mr. Karthik Kumar
  • Joint Secretaries: Mr. Balakrishnan, Mr. Deepak Kumar, Mr. Arun, Mr. Divakar, Mrs. Shailaja
  • Founders: Mr. G. Vadivel, Mr. D. Thiyagasundar, Mr. J. Sivakumar, Mrs. R. Jamuna, Mrs. S. Arulsobhi, Mrs. N. Abirami, Mr. S. Saravanakumar, Mr. K. Dakshinamoorthy, Mr. V. Balamurugan, Mr. M. Mahesh, Mr. N. Thanigaivel, Mrs. A. Devi, Mrs. S. Sumithra, Mrs. M. Kavitha, Mr. S. Navaneeth Kumar, and others.

With this united team, we proudly begin a new chapter through the Tamil Nadu Hostel Owners Development Association.

    • Women empowerment team
  • The number of hostel owners who have joined our association this year is more than 200, due to the selfless work of state executives including the president, secretary, treasurer, and zonal executives, who operate with these teams, and new members are continuously joining.
